Where do you ship?

Currently we ship to all 50 states in the USA, Washington,DC and to Canada

When can I expect my order?

Orders are fulfilled shortly after the order is placed: normally within 48 hours. We will send a shipping confirmation inclusive of tracking information once your order has been shipped.

What is your return policy?

Due to sanitary reasons as a result of Covid 19, all products are final sale. However we do offer a store credit.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If your order is a custom order you have 24 hours to make a change or cancel. I will send you a picture of your order before I proceed with finishing the design. If your order is a custom order once we start production and you have approved the design, no further changes can be made.

What if I did not receive my order?

We ship all orders through USPS. If you have not received your order, please email us at dishardesigns@gmail.com to report acknowledgement of non-receipt. We will research on our end and contact the postal office to determine the location of your package. 

Please note that we do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in USPS tracking update. However we will do our best to work with you to determine a viable solution. If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address, the cost to reship is the sole responsiibility of the recipient.

If I don't like the product can it be returned?

Your item can be returned for a store credit if you are unhappy for any reason with the order.
